| A. If you have never established a profile through the Chamber web site, you must first go through the process to join on line. A public profile is not required; you may opt out. However, you must have either a private or public profile to access the members only area.
If you have already paid membership dues for this year and you are setting up a profile for the first time, notify us at Membership@NashvilleGLBTChamber.org that you have established a new profile and we will activate it as soon as possible.
If you have previously created a profile and still have trouble logging in, first try to use the “Forgot Password” button. A new temporary password will be emailed to the last email address you provided to the Chamber. If you do not receive a password, this means you are currently using an email address different than the last one you provided for us. You may want to check any other email accounts which you use.
Once you have completed the appropriate process, if you are still unable to log in, you may contact the Chamber at 615.507.5185 and someone will respond as quickly as possible to assist you. |
