The Chamber is dedicated to economic growth and cultural discoveries for the GLBT community in the Nashville area. We offer educational programming to improve our skills in the business environment and extend networking opportunities to grow our companies within and outside our community.
Nashville GLBT Chamber of Commerce meets the last Tuesday of every month. This meeting serves as a source for networking, developing contacts and the exchange of ideas among Chamber members and guests. Be sure to bring plenty of business cards. Members may also request approval to provide handouts at regular meetings.

Programming
The monthly meeting also presents dynamic speakers providing up-to-date news concerning overall business growth in the Nashville area and specifically information that effects our community.
Our programming teams are always open to topic suggestions and those persons interested in making a presentation.
The Nashville GLBT Business and Career Expo
Our annual Business Expo has evolved by offering a Career Fair representing some of the top industries in the area. The Chamber has focused on reaching out to Nashville and national companies that embrace diversity as well as offer excellent employment opportunities and benefits. We have been fortunate to have many of these companies serve as corporate sponsors of several of our fundraising events.
Our website posts up-to-the-minute information which concerns our business community. Look to our website calendar as a place to go for news of upcoming meetings, networking, breakfasts, luncheons, and events of interest. Remember you can also search for a company to partner your services with or look for a vendor if you are in need of services. Think GLBT and allies first. Support your community. They support you.

The Chamber depends solely on its members and friends to fund our growth and outreach. We achieve fundraising goals in various ways:
Memberships
Our membership dues help fund the needed programming and education to further the mission of the Chamber. We have experienced a continued increase in membership, which only strengthens our commitment to expanding our services and benefits to our members.
One of our most successful fundraising ventures is our annual fashion show Unpredictable, which features clothing from local boutiques. This event continues to raise the bar by exceeding its goal of meeting expenses and generating revenue.
Volunteers
We would never be able to have the Chamber growth continue without the endless dedication of our volunteers. They give of their time and knowledge to help build the foundation of this organization.
